City Bark Broomfield

I cannot say enough great things about City Bark- Broomfield! We have boarded our two dogs here at least 5 times and my dogs are always excited to stay. Today I gave their grooming services a shot with our Bernedoodle, and can say Sabrina did an AMAZING job grooming my dog and you can really tell how much she cares about our pets. Thank you City Bark! :) PS. I really loved receiving this picture after she was all done being bathed and groomed

My family flew to Las Vegas for the Denver Broncos last loosing game of the season. I came home with COVID19 but getting Charlie Horse back from City Bark was so wonderful. Every time he stays , they try to give him a bath and every time he says no. One day, there will be success…maybe. Until then, we will keep our fingers crossed. He still enjoys his stay. They are very brave people. Charlie Horse is a 100lbs Dutch Shepherd Mastiff. He loves to play but is unaware of how big his feet are . He’s the best service dog ever

All of the employees at Broomfield City Bark LOVE dogs and cats! They create great relationships with them and often times even take their breaks with the animal by sitting in their crate with them (if they're in down-time). They work with the animals during daycare and closely monitor any possible aggressive behavior and correct to send them to time-out. I'm ALWAYS greeted with a huge smile no matter the employee ... and my dog, who shows NO emotion EVER, whines and squeels all the way to daycare and actually wags her tail (she NEVER does that) when we walk in the door. Clearly this place has their act together!

UPDATE: turns out my dog does have the weird strand of kennel cough that has been going around. If city bark would have at least sent out an email or notified dog owners that they had reports of kennel cough I would have been able to promptly take my dog to the vet. My dog is still coughing and was diagnosed with bronchitis last week. I’m disappointed in the lack of transparency. For the most part I’m happy with city bark. My main complaint is their denial of having had kennel cough cases. I contacted them after noticing that my dog was having symptoms to inquire if they had previous cases. They denied having cases but said other owners had called to inform them their dogs had kennel cough. When I visited w my vet they asked if it was city bark and I confirmed yes. They had mentioned they had several cases reported. I’m not happy with the denial. It would be helpful to inform your customers that you have had reported cases so that we can take precautions as owners to avoid the spread.
